The Production Operator operates production line machines, monitors product quality and supports efficient, safe and clean
production processes.

Wat ga je doen

Operate all machines and line components and ensure optimal functioning.
Convert machines and line components during changeovers.
Carry out start-up activities and required preparations.
Monitor the quality of produced products and take corrective action when deviations occur.
Oversee the production process, material supply and machine performance.
Detect process disruptions or deviations and intervene on time.
Contribute to improvements in efficiency and product quality.
Perform daily machine maintenance such as lubrication, cleaning and visual inspection.
Report malfunctions to the technical department and support minor repairs where possible.
Maintain order and cleanliness around the machine and workstation.
Keep records of production data, malfunctions and quality deviations.
Report process-related issues in a timely manner.

Intermediate technical education level, such as NATIN or AMTO, preferably in Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Well-developed machine sense.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Knowledge of machines and production processes.
Technical insight and problem-solving ability.
