Operator (Mixing & Blending)
The Operator (M&B) is responsible for preparing products according to approved procedures and instructions, monitoring
production quality and maintaining accurate process and stock records. The role contributes to safe, efficient and compliant
production operations.
Wat ga je doen
- Prepare and process products according to Mixing & Blending Standard Operating Procedures.
- Analyse samples through laboratory and sensory checks, including colour, smell and strength.
- Prepare stock and materials required for the production process.
- Operate equipment safely and in line with applicable procedures.
- Supply the bottling department with finished product as required.
- Load and transfer product from tanks and maintain proper handling procedures.
- Prepare certificates or documentation required for bulk customers, where applicable.
- Collect samples of materials or finished products for laboratory testing.
- Maintain accurate and timely process, inventory and movement records.
- Identify and correct deviations from standard process parameters.
- Support compliance with GMP, ISO, food safety, environmental and HSEQ standards.
- Work closely with maintenance and other production teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Wat wij vragen
- MBO working and thinking level.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant demonstrable work experience.
- Ability to operate a forklift is an advantage/requirement for the role.
- Experience with inventory management.
- Recent fire prevention certificate is preferred.
- Computer skills, including Word, Excel and preferably Navision.
- Knowledge of HSEQ standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, FSSC 22000, ISO 45001 and other quality control standards.
